Do you want to learn to drive on an intensive course ?
Would you like to learn away from your local area ?
Would you like to get it all done very quickly ?
Do you fancy a week in Blackpool learning how to drive ?
These are just some of the many reasons why thousands of people throughout the country are now learning how to drive on a residential driving course.
BE AWARE !!
When learning how to drive you need to be sitting in the drivers seat !!
Sounds obvious but surprisingly many people do not realise that a lot of driving schools operating residential driving courses price up their courses based on a 2 : 1 ratio.
In other words if you are on a course of say 30 hours it may be that you only get to be sat in the driving seat for 15 of those hours and for the other 15 hours you will be sat in the rear seat watching another learner driver driving the car. However you will be more than likely being charged for the privilege of watching somebody else drive.
Learning how to drive is predominately getting hands on practical experience.
Expressways Residential Courses are all based on a One to One ratio which means that you will receive the total number of hours quoted as practical driving experience.
Expressway Driving School operate a number of residential quick-pass intensive courses.
The driving school operates three courses depending on your current ability.

The main points for your attention are listed below:-
BOOKING THE COURSE
Unfortunately we only accept bookings for the residential driving course from pupils who have already passed the DSA Theory Test.
If you have not yet passed your theory test then give us a call for some free advice.
Initially you will need to give us a call so that we can ask you a number of questions about your driving history for example:-
- How many hours driving lessons have you already done and when?
- What advice or criticisms have you had from any previous instructors or supervising drivers.
- What do you know about certain driving procedures?
- How do you feel personally about learning over a quick period.
These are just some of the questions that need to be asked so that we can determine the length of your training course.
