At Expressway The Driving School all the Driving Instructors are fully qualified ADI's and have been trained to a very high standard by the schools ADI trainers before they are allowed to work under the name of Expressway The Driving School. They have all agreed with the schools owners to abide by the DSA Code of Conduct.

It takes a lot of different qualities to be an excellent instructor, for example you need to be an excellent driver yourself so that you can pass on your driving techniques and styles to the pupils.

You also need exceptional knowledge on the theory of driving and all the related subjects, and finally you need to be an excellent teacher, so that you can pass on all this skill and knowledge to your pupils.

A successful driving instructor also needs to have a great character and personality because during the course of training someone to drive a good instructor will need to show some or all of the following qualities:
